2. Description of Service

Nexabroad provides a visa readiness assessment tool that generates a score, risk analysis, and recommendations based on your answers. It includes free and paid tiers (₹199 single report, ₹399 multi-country report). The Service does not guarantee visa approval or provide legal advice.

3. Account and Lead Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Each assessment attempt creates a new lead; previous leads remain accessible in your history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@nexabroad.com.

4. Payments and Refunds

Premium features are available for a one‑time fee as displayed on the site (₹199 single country, ₹399 multi-country). Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full payment details. All sales are final – no refunds will be provided once the report has been generated and accessed, except as required by applicable law. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and code are the property of Nexabroad. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse‑engineer or extract our scoring algorithms; (c) share your account with others; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that the readiness score will predict actual visa outcomes. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexabroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including visa denial, financial loss, or emotional distress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium access (if any).

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
